My name is Ursula Franklin and I have been a Licensed cosmetologist for 15 years and a Licensed cosmetologist instructor for 6 years. I Love all things hair but my speciality is braids and Micro Locs. My services include but are limited to natural styles, Locs, loc styles, loc Retwist, starter locs, box braids, yarn braids, silk press, deep conditioning treatments, and Micro locs. 💇🏽♀️ I No longer service kids under 12 years old. 💇🏽♀️If you wanting to get MICRO LOCS, you HAVE TO BOOK THE MICRO LOC CONSULTATION. During the consultation, I will educate you on the process, measure your hair, do some hair test on your hair to see if you are a good candidate. The consultation fee can be applied to the Micro loc price as long as you book an appointment within 30 DAYS. You will be allowed to reschedule ONE TIME, but after that you will have to start back over with a consultation. 💇🏽♀️Transfer MICRO LOC CLIENTS HAVE TO BOOK A CONSULTATION BEFORE BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT. 💇🏽♀️If you are having any symptoms of Covid-19 or been around anyone with COVID please notify me to reschedule. 💇🏽♀️Please don’t bring any EXTRA PEOPLE to your appointment unless they have an appointment. If you do then you will have TO RESCHEDULE and YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE! No EXCEPTION!!!! 💇🏽♀️A non refundable deposit is required for some services. When you book, you will be asked to pay the deposit. No DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT. NO EXPECTATIONS! 💇🏽♀️PLEASE no FOOD in the salon. Snacks are welcomed. Please no Big MEALS! Drink is welcomed and I do offer complimentary water. 💇🏽♀️When booking a braid service a shampoo does come with. Also if you are wanting colored hair other than(1b, 2, 4) there is a $20 colored hair fee that is added to the service. 💇🏽♀️ All of my prices are STARTING AT, so that means if you want to know the exact price you will need to book a consultation first. Otherwise when you come in the price could change due to the density of your hair, length, texture, and formation. 💇🏽♀️Life happens, but please be mindful that if you are more than 15 mins late without reaching out to me. Your appointment will be canceled and the NO CALL NO SHOW FEE WILL BE CHARGED. Just call me if you are running behind. 💇🏽♀️Methods of payment I expect are……… Zelle Cash (Correct change) Credit/Debit Card w/ Credit Card fee (Visa, Mastercard,American Express) My ultimate goal no matter the texture, formation, natural or chemically treated hair is to maintain the integrity of the hair and to keep it healthy. Cancellation Policy
I charge a 60% cancellation fee for cancellations that are not canceled within 24hours of appointments. I charge 100% for no Call no SHOW.
